We're so glad you asked. We all know what physical fitness is - strengthening your body through regular exercise, so you can function and feel well. It’s the same with mental fitness - strengthening your mynd through consistent practices so you can feel well and respond effectively to life’s challenges and demands.
Mental fitness includes developing habits that support your brain’s health and functionality, learning to manage stress and overwhelm in a healthy way, building self-compassion, regulating your nervous system, processing your emotions, training your focus, shifting your mindset, boosting your motivation and mood, planning your day and easing your mental load.
It’s not about eliminating difficult emotions or thoughts, it’s about developing your capacity to work with them effectively, maintain your perspective and treat yourself with kindness and compassion. -
Every class we offer has one thing in mynd - to help you feel supported, connected, encouraged and a little more ready to handle whatever life is throwing your way.
We offer a variety of brief, practical sessions designed to enhance your wellbeing, boost your productivity, and ease your mental load. Our classes include meditation for morning calm and evening relaxation, journaling for intention setting, processing emotions and mental clarity, productivity classes for habit building and tackling postponed tasks, coaching classes with positive psychology tools to help you shift your mindset and breathwork techniques to improve focus and reduce stress. -
We recommend downloading the free MyndGym app to view the current class schedule.
Head to the App Store or Google Play and download the MyndGym app.
From the Home page click the MyndGym logo at the top left.
Click Classes.
Tap on the date to view classes for that day.

All of our classes are suitable for all levels, so have a read of the class descriptions and pick whichever class sounds like the one you need that day. If you notice that you're feeling particularly stressed or anxious, we'd recommend starting with a breathwork or meditation class first.

15 - 20mins. All of our classes are short and sweet and designed to fit into your day.

For our journaling classes, you'll need to bring a pen and paper (or digital device to write your answers if that's your jam). We'll always let you know what you need in the class description and in the email you receive when you book a class.
Otherwise just show up as you are, in whatever mood you're in, no prep needed - you are always welcome here at MyndGym. -
Download the MyndGym app from the App Store or Google Play, sign-up or login (make sure you have purchased a membership).
From the Home page click the MyndGym logo at the top left.
Click Classes.
Tap on the date to view classes for that day.
Click the ‘Book now’ button for the class you want to join us for.
Click ‘Book now’ again.
{Optional} Click the ‘Add to calendar’ button.
{Optional} Click the ‘Book more’ button.You'll get an email from us with the class details and the link to join us live.

Go to Settings> Notifications. Scroll down to the MyndGym app under the Notification Style, then turn on Allow Notifications.
Open your device's Settings app.
Tap Notifications>App notifications.
In the dropdown menu, tap All apps.
Tap the Myndgym app.
Turn notifications on. -
Nope, there's no replay but if you really need your hit of mental fitness goodness, choose from the classes in our on-demand video library in the MyndGym app and you can watch them whenever suits you.
All of our classes are live and not recorded, so everyone can feel comfy and their privacy is protected. But if you miss a class, that's totally ok. We get it. Life be lifeing. That's why our classes are on every single day. If you missed class today, come back tomorrow. -
Not at all. Cameras start in 'zen mode' (off) for all MyndGym classes but if you’re comfortable we’d love to see your face.
And remember - what happens in MyndGym, stays in MyndGym (classes are not recorded).

Not yet. All of our classes are online at the moment, but we will let you know when we do live pop-ups in studio spaces and we certainly can't wait to open an in-person studio in our future.

Each membership gives you unlimited access to our core daily MyndGym classes. We have roughly 50 classes a week and you get access to them all. You'll also get access to our Mental Fitness Foundations on-demand video library.

Nope. Who wants that? MyndGym is a gym like no other, which means you can cancel at anytime - literally the easiest gym membership to cancel hassle-free.
If you need to walk away, we will wave goodbye, shed a quiet tear (we might even journal about it) and wish you well. -
You bet we are! On the practical front, our classes are all online which means you can make whatever adjustments you need to your physical space so that you are as comfortable as possible. You get to show up exactly as you are, no matter what your energy level, in whatever way feels good to you. If you want your camera off, keep it off. You will never be called on to share anything in class, but you are always welcome to if you choose.
So many of our classes can help with things that can be tricky for us neurodivergent folk, or someone who has a chronic illness (and we know that many people in those communities experience both). Our classes help increase focus and clarity, and they support the kinds of executive function challenges you might experience - getting started, feeling motivated, time management, planning, procrastination, regulating emotions, goal setting, recognising needs and asking for help.
Above all, MyndGym is a kind space where you belong. There is no prescriptive BS at MyndGym. We know that each person has different needs and ways of being and we always encourage you to lean into what YOU need, trust yourself and know that we will always have your back and support your choices.

Yes! The MyndGym app is powered by Momence and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Don't forget to Enable notifications once you’ve downloaded the app so you never miss a rep!
*Compatibility: Android devices require Android OS 10 and up. Apple iOS devices require iOS 15.5 or later.

For iOs devices:

That's so annoying when that happens! If you're having trouble creating an account, chances are you already have a Momence account from attending another studio that also uses Momence as their booking platform (lots of health & wellness businesses are powered by Momence tech).
If you're having trouble creating an account, we recommend opening the app again and selecting 'Login' instead of 'Sign Up' and from the Login screen you can reset the password.
Or another option that we find works is to sign up with a different email address if you have a few (is it just us with 6 different email addresses?) -
Noooo... sounds like the tech gremlins are at play! Resetting your password may be the trick.
From the Login screen of the app click Reset Password.
Check your Inbox (and that sneaky spam folder).
Click the link in the email and type your new password.
Then sign in with the new password.
If this doesn’t work reach out to us and we’ll solution this together.

This is super easy!
Login to the MyndGym app.
Click on the MyndGym logo at the top of the screen.
Select Classes from the top menu bar.
Click the Book Now button on the class you want to join us for.
Click the Book Now button again.
{Optional} click the Add to Calendar button to lock this in your schedule.
{Optional} click the Book more button to join us for you guessed it, more classes.

All your class bookings can be found in the app. Just log in to your account and you'll see them under the Upcoming for you section at the top of your screen.

We get it, sometimes we overextend ourselves or life just be lifein'. To cancel a class:
Login to the MyndGym app
Under the Upcoming for you section on the screen click the Cancel button for the class you no longer want to attend
Click Confirm cancellation *only if you are really, really sure you can't join us

You can manage all your personal details in the MyndGym app.
Simply login to the app
Select Account from the bottom right of your screen
Tap Personal Information
Edit the field/s of the details you want to update
And booyah you're all done! -
I mean us on a big screen who wouldn't want that! MyndGym classes are held on Zoom so if you want to see us on a bigger screen there are a couple of options that depending on your device a& at-home set up may work:
Sky, Sony and Apple TV's can be configured as Zoom for Home devices - you can check out all the details and steps here from Zoom themselves.
If your smart TV supports screen mirroring or casting, you can cast the screen of your smartphone or tablet (where Zoom is installed) to your TV.
**Not all smart TVs support Zoom so you'll have to check your TV's app store or documentation to see if it supports the Zoom app - you might also need to consider a separate webcam or microphone for calls on your TV. If you use screen mirroring, make sure you enable this feature on your device beforehand. -
No. MyndGym is powered by Momence which currently does not connect to Apple Health.
You can manually add the duration of any MyndGym class into the Mindful Minutes section in Apple Health's Mental Wellbeing category - simply:
Open up the Health app
Select Browse from the bottom menu
Select Mental Wellbeing from the Health Categories list
Tap on Mindful Minutes
Select Add Data
Select the Starts & Ends Date & Times
Click Add
And watch your Mindful Minutes increase in no time! -
To unsubscribe from all MyndGym SMS just reply to one of our SMS's with the word STOP. Updates can take up to 24hrs to come into effect.
This will unsubscribe you from ALL SMS sent from MyndGym. If you still want to receive transactional confirmations (class and appointment confirmations, cancelations, receipts, etc.) via SMS please reach out to us to let us know your specific preferences.
