Come to this class to feel good and boost your mood. There's a powerful tool that's used in positive psychology to rewire our brain's inherent negativity bias. Experience the real time benefits of gratitude in this guided journaling class. All you need for this is a pen and paper.

Circuit Breaker

If you have a lot on your mynd and you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious, this class is for you. Give your brain a dedicated pocket of time to address its concerns, release stress and reduce overwhelm to something more manageable. This is a circuit breaker to help interrupt negative thought patterns. Think of it as your designated worry time. All you'll need to bring is a pen and paper.
